Wholesale Terms

RESALE

Resale is absolutely not permitted on third-party selling platforms like Amazon, Etsy, or Facebook Marketplace. Resale is only permitted in-person and/or on a retailer’s independent website.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We do not offer returns or exchanges on wholesale orders. If your order is damaged in transit or you received defective items, we are committed to replacing those so that you receive the entirety of your order in good condition. To have your order/items replaced, please email wholesale@gildedwords.com with images of the damaged or defective items.

PACKAGING

All items should be sold in their original packaging, with the exception of items used for displays. All items packaged as sets must be sold as sets. Removing items from their original packaging or breaking up sets may result in denial of future orders. Exceptions are at the discretion of Gilded Words Ltd.

WHOLESALE SHIPPING 

Shipping is calculated after your order has been packed and will be invoiced separately to the store.

For U.S. orders, Gilded of Oxford covers all duties and tariffs. 

You are welcome to use your own courier account, provided it operates in our fulfilment location.
