Inventory Manager
Location: North Oxford
Hours: Full-time or part-time
About the Role
The Inventory Manager will be responsible for overseeing stock across the business and helping create clear, reliable systems for managing inventory as we grow.
This is a hands-on role that connects our shop, e-commerce, wholesale and purchasing activity. You will work closely with the founder and wider team to understand what is selling, what needs to be replenished and where we need to plan ahead.
We are looking for someone who enjoys creating order, spotting discrepancies, improving systems and helping the wider team make better decisions based on accurate information.
We are a small and growing business, so this role will work closely with several different areas of the company. We believe in giving people ownership of their area. We want the person responsible for inventory to understand the whole picture, keep the team informed and be confident making sensible day-to-day decisions.
Full-time or part-time available; we are open to discussing a working pattern that suits the right candidate.
